Privacy notice
This notice explains what GYEB (Get Your Evenings Back) collects, why, and your rights under UK GDPR. [Company name, registered address and ICO registration number to be added.]
What we collect
- Your account: name, business name, email, mobile, postcode, trades.
- Your pricing: day rates, task times, markups, suppliers and quote settings. These are private to you. Other members never see them, only the totals you choose to send.
- Job information you add: your customer's name, address and contact details, notes, voice dictation, photos, video and measurements.
- Contacts you invite: the name and mobile number of each trade you choose to invite.
- Billing: handled by our payment provider. We don't store card numbers.
How we use it
- To run the service: break down jobs, price them, and send work between the trades you choose (contract).
- To send invites and job texts on your behalf when you ask us to (legitimate interests). Each invite says who it's from and how to stop further messages.
- Photos, video and notes may be processed by a third-party analysis service to work out the job. They aren't used to train that service's models.
Who can see a job
The trade who surveyed it, and the members they send part of it to for pricing. Trades who aren't on GYEB, or whose trial has ended, can't see it.
Processors
Hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), text messages (Twilio), email (Resend), payments (Stripe), and job analysis. [Confirm list and data locations before launch.]
Keeping and deleting
We keep your data while your account is open, and delete it within 90 days of you closing it, except what we must keep for tax records. Email us to get a copy of your data or have it deleted.
